Join us for a slow and intentional close to your Monday. After our weekly Pillars Walk (starting at Blue Fog @6pm), we’re inviting you to stay for a calming Wind Down Meditation. We will have light snacks in between. Let’s care for our minds and bodies together—grounded in breath, movement, and community. Please bring a mat if you have one.
